Many retailers understand the power of “e-Tail” (a play on words to address online marketing) as a way to promote their businesses, but why make people wait to see your visuals online when they can ALSO see them when they are AT your location?
Your customers may see your professionalism on the web, but what about customers standing in line at your shop? The web isn’t just for people searching for you when they are not at your retail location, consider also using the power of “show me to tell me” video creation as an in-house visual promotional center.
Here’s an example of a video I just shot for customers waiting in line — while they wait they can see a series of elegant images of products and services, potentially creating a desire for an item they “didn’t even know they wanted”.
A looping video of your services or a video menu board are excellent ways to communicate information to your customers in an engaging and entertaining manner.
