Ever feel like it’s hard to keep up with messages and people’s posts and comments on your Facebook business page? Here is a simple solution.
Facebook lets you choose what notifications you’d like to receive from the Page(s) you manage. You can select whether you want notifications or not.
Since we manage several of Facebook Pages for clients, getting notified whenever someone comments or messages those Pages is important to us. Here’s how to edit your notification settings for a Page you manage:
- Go to your Page and click Settings
- Click Notifications in the left column
- Edit your notification settings

It’s your call on which notifications you’d like to keep on and off. The most important ones for us to keep on are:
- New Page Mentions
- New Post Comments
- Messages
