Just Say Om: Yogic Lessons with Editor Felicia Tomasko

Join Host Lorrie Thomas, The Marketing Therapist® and Guest Felicia M. Tomasko for an interview about Health & Wellness.

Felicia Marie Tomasko is currently the editor in chief of LA YOGA Ayurveda and Health magazine, a position that combines her interests and passion in Ayurveda, Yoga, education and writing. Felicia, inspires people to follow the path to personal freedom and vibrant health through the practice of Yoga and Ayurveda. She teaches a heartfelt exploration of shakti, sacred energy, through asana, pranayama, concentration and relaxation and maintains a private practice in the healing tradition of Ayurveda, a system of holistic and integrative medicine native to India. Ayurveda shares the same philosophy and ways of approaching the body, mind and spirit as Yoga and emphasizes our relationship to our body, breath, spirit and to nature within and around us. The dual systems of Yoga and Ayurveda, while seemingly ancient and esoteric, hold vital lessons for us to learn how to live with intent and address the needs of living in the modern world. Felicia believes in humorously making these concepts relevant to modern, everyday life.

Testimonials

"

Lorrie Thomas is the reason 100,000 people visited my blog last year. When I wanted my first professionally designed website, Lorrie made it happen. Two years later, when I wanted an upgraded, interactive site with blog migration, Lorrie and her team took care of it. In addition to the hard numbers, Lorrie and her team are fun to work with. They “get” my business; each member of the team provides me with candid assessments of my ideas and concepts and alternative ideas that are almost always winning ideas. They work really quickly and expertly. I love the look of my site and I love the look of my brand. These “Wild Web Women” are worth every penny. I plan to have them on the payroll indefinitely as my business grows and adapts continuously.
