One of my (many) guilty pleasures is The Soup, a show on E! TV that recaps the prior week of pop culture shows. The shows host, Joel McHale, provides commentary on the weeks most ridiculous moments and is constantly making cracks at his almost look alike, Ryan Seacrest. I guess the show is really funny to me because I watch most of the shows it spoofs (yes, I know they hold no real value-but I still find myself drawn to the likes of The Hills and American Idol)!
I finally got around to watching this week’s episode of The Soup today and had to laugh when they took a swing at Twitter’s popularity. If you read our blog regularly, you’ll see that we LOVE Twitter! It is a great social networking tool, if used properly. Why is it so popular, you might ask? Seth Godin (one of our marketing man crushes), breaks it down into 5 simple reasons people twitter! SO, when they did a mix of all the buzz around Twitter-I couldn’t help but laugh!
