President Obama recently made our list of the Most Crushable Marketing Men for changing the face of presidential campaigning with his brilliant web and mobile marketing strategies.

Now’s he’s announced his White House Internet Team, which includes new tech-savvy aides responsible for Internet outreach and “citizen participation” online.

Heading the President’s Internet and new media team are:

Macon Phillips, Director of New Media

Cammie Croft, Deputy New Media Director

Jason Djang, Deputy Director for Video

Jesse Lee, Online Programs Director

Katie Stanton, Director of Citizen Participation

Macon Phillips, a former Google Product Manager, wrote his first White House blog post the day President Obama took office. And if you are one of the millions of Americans who took part in the extraordinary digital campaign that powered President Obama’s journey to the White House, it looks like you can count on the internet playing an ever greater role in shaping our country’s future.
