One of the key components of Web marketing is to build relationships and making our organization more accessible to our audience.  In order to really practice what we preach – the Wild Web Women of Web Marketing Therapy (can you say that 5 times real fast?) have pledged to connect with our audience in online communities such Facebook, Twitter and Linked In.

These communities are places for all “wild web women”, business owners, marketers, students, bloggers, social media junkies and anyone else to come together and share knowledge, ideas, experiences and get answers to our questions.  We currently have 2 established communities in Facebook and I recommend joining both since they serve different functions.

Web Marketing Therapy Facebook Fan Page

This page is not only fun, but it serves as a resource for our readers and clients by providing Web marketing and social media tips, tools, recommendations, and comments through our status updates.  Our fans are always the first to know about Webinars and other online educational opportunities offered by our team of “wild web women” by utilizing the Events feature of this page.

This is the place where we share links with our fans to new events, Webinars, news, speaking engagements, blogposts, podcasts, interviews, video and helpful articles.  We also love to engage with our network with  photos and video and respond to their comments.

Web Marketing Group Therapy

This community is the official Facebook Group for Web Marketing Therapy.  The purpose of Web Marketing Group Therapy is to provide a platform for professionals and friends to network, discuss common Web marketing topics and to communicate their thoughts and questions with the team of Wild Web Women by utilizing the discussion board.  Facebook Web Marketing Group Therapy members receive a weekly dose of healthy motivations and suggested solutions to common marketing challenges and setbacks.

This week- we will be hosting an active discussion in our Group to follow up on questions to today’s tutorial! I hope you will chime in!

In addition to our Facebook community, we connect to our audience through Lorrie’s @webtherapist and our @WebMarketing_RX Twitter profiles, the Web Marketing Therapy Newsletter, Articles, and so much more.  We will soon be launching a group targeted to the under-served community of Wild Web Women professionals in Linked In (details coming- stay tuned!).
