As the one responsible for reviewing all invoices, partner agreements and statements for Web Marketing Therapy, I have to account for every charge! Although we are very familiar with setting up ecommerce for our clients, we are new to setting it up for ourselves! As I was looking over our statements, I was having trouble figuring out what some of the charges were. One quick call to customer service for clarification and I found out that I could save our company hundreds of dollars a year by making one simple change!

Know what you are being billed for! A simple phone call can sometimes save you hundreds of dollars!
