One of my favorite wild web women, Ann Kate, bold blog babe and mompreneur, shared a Huffington Post article today via Facebook called The New Power Girls: How to Know Your Value - And How To Stand On It - In Business.
This is a brilliantly written post (blog brilliant = short, simple, poignant) about what it takes to be a true Power Professional (male or female!) At the end of the day, it really is all about owning what we do well and having the guts to bring it to the table. It seems that far too often, CONFIDENCE is the missing link that keeps “professionals” from being true PROS.
The book Patricia Handschiegel is referring to in her post is called Breakdown, Breakthrough: The Professional Woman’s Guide to Claiming a Life of Passion, Power and Purpose by Kathy Caprino.
I made a New Year’s Resolution to “make more time to read marketing books to boost my she-geek status” on the Web Marketing Therapy blog, so I purchased the book today to check it out. Even though I am a diseased entrepreneur that owns it, I also own that I don’t know what I don’t know and always need to read to learn, give, grow and love…it is only through staying on my game that I can be the best web marketing therapist to help you help yourselves!

yay Sue! Way to be a she-geek! The wild web women salute you! We did gummy bears today at headquarters, but will be back to our regularly scheduled program of chocolate next week
