Sue Levine is a boomer a rockin' boomer web entrepreneur and founder of www.50somethinginfo.com.

Being part of an amazing pajama PR/marketing team means that the dress code on a typical work day is come-as-you-are… when-you-roll-out-of-bed. (I like being comfortable – so sue me!) Sometimes it gets to the point when my scruffy grad student husband (read: no dress code there either) will turn to me and beseech me to puh-lease put on some “real” pants!

So when a client partner of ours beta launches her sitea comprehensive search engine for boomers 3 years in the making – you can bet that it’s an occasion that calls for putting on them “real” pants.

Susan Levine is a mild-mannered librarian turned online Information Tamer for boomers and seniors. Her vertical search engine is dedicated to delivering the best of the net to adults 50 years old and better.

What can I say about Sue? I know that over time, she has come to hold a special place in all our hearts and minds. She has a great passion for life and has been a positive influence to so many people. And in addition to having a huge heart, she really takes life the by horns and has shown me that the only way to tackle larger-than-life projects (like creating a human-powered search engine) is to Go Big or Go Home.

With this venture, Sue wanted to create a true 50something community that really “gets” boomers and seniors. With a recent surge of businesses hoping to tap this under-served market without much knowledge of the needs/wants of the actual audience they hope to serve, Sue has learned that her greatest marketing asset is just being herself (a 50something committed to helping other 50somethings!). Sue is the real deal and she is dedicated to delivering reliable 50something information and resources that are not just age-relevant—but more importantly, lifestyle relevant.

Additionally, Sue (who recently turned 60 years young!) is one of our greatest blog success stories. Her Boomer Blog provides insight into her life as a grandmother, parent, daughter, wife and 50something woman! She also participates in many social media outlets to really reach out, connect, and engage in conversation with 50somethings. Her target audience is sophisticated and savvy to marketing ploys – so they tend to gravitate to Sue for her warmth, humor and authenticity.  In addition to blogging, she has leveraged various social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Facebook, Eons) to be an active contributor to the 50+ online community.

It’s not everyday that this WMT Treatment Specialist rolls out of bed and decides to put on real pants. But it’s also not everyday that I get to celebrate someone with real chutzpah who thinks big and exhibits unyielding focus and dedication like Sue Levine!

Sue, thanks again for letting the WMT team help your wildest web dreams come true!

    Hey, girl,
You so got everything backwards! You, Lorrie, and Nicki are the best wild web women I could ever hope to meet and work with. I love the way we feed off each other and bring the best to the site. Yes, I’m eager for boomer and seniors to find solace at 50somethinginfo.com but I feel confident that generation x will do us (U.S.) proud. Thanks for your dedication and enthusiasm. All of you have made what could have been a grueling project into a lively, entertaining, and spiritually-satisfying one.

P.S. I liked Emilia’s pants too, but I think we’d get more marketing attention if we wear our PJs out more often to meetings!

Hey sexy web ladies! I love working in my slippers! BUT there is something about putting on the “power” outfit…it symbolizes you mean business and not taking no for an answer!

    BTW – I love Sue’s blog and I am not even 50!

    Hugs, Misty
