Monday, Monday
So good to me
Monday morning
It was all I hoped it would be

The lyrics above are from the The Mamas and The Papas, Monday Monday, and I tweeted them this Monday morning from my blip.fm account: “#MusicMonday: Monday, Monday So good to me, Monday morning, It was all I hoped it would be, Oh Monday Morning, … ♫ http://blip.fm/~bh1we

The song might seem a little “debbie downer” but I personally enjoy listening to it on a Monday Morning.  You really can never trust how your Monday is going to turn out; “Monday morning couldn’t guarantee.”  If you are feeling a little lost in the first day of the office week, listen to this song and enjoy these marketing tips below:

  • If you are trying to promote your brand via twitter, pay attention to the trending topics (right column of your profile page) and combine your tweet with a trending topic to increase your reach and audience.  I combined my lyrical tweet with the trending topic “#MusicMonday” (remember to check if you need to include a hashtag with your trending topic! :)
  • Connect your social networking accounts, like blip.fm with your twitter account.  Most of the social media sites want to make their interface more user-friendly and interactive, so their adding tools to connect your accounts to Twitter or Facebook.  Most importantly, use these tools because they can save you time and money!
