Gmail Tip of the Day: Are You Seeing Double?

Our team works online A LOT…there is a lot of back and forth via email, which can lead to some pretty lengthy threads!  Add a signature that is always added to the end of your message and you get an even LONGER thread with unnecessary information at the bottom and you might not even realize your signature is at the bottom of the email, since you have to scroll all the way down below all the forwarded text to even see it!  It required a little “cutting and pasting” to get your signature in the right place…after your reply, instead of at the bottom of all the quoted text.

Too much of a good thing!

Double Vision!

As always, it seems like Google comes to the rescue with a new tool.  Signature Tweaks.  This lab automatically places your signature before the forwarded text, allowing it to be a conclusion to the email reply instead of camping out at the bottom of all the text!

Simple is sometimes SUPER!  I love Signature Tweaks!
