A BIG part of what we love to do at Web Marketing Therapy is to connect with fellow business leaders who possess true PASSION for their work. Putting your heart genuinely into your work is a key ingredient to success—which is why we Wild Web Women fell in love with Margie at first sight!
When we found the opportunity to interview Margie Z. Fisher, founder of Zable Fisher Public Relations, for our August Positive Role Model, we could not wait for her insightful (AND FUN) responses!
Read on for how Margie rocks her work, life, and web-sphere!

Twitter and Facebook

I hate photos and videos of myself

Willingness to break the rules
6. How do you indulge yourself (every once in a while!) to stay healthy and balanced?
My top priority every day is to work out, even if it means putting off other stuff

Great writing skills, curiosity and resourcefulness
8. Where do you find inspiration to continue growing your business?
Everywhere, and especially from my daughter, who allows me to see things from a whole different perspective
9. When you are faced with a setback or an enormous business challenge, what do you do to keep moving forward?
I stop thinking about it until an answer comes to me
10. Who is your personal role model? What about this person do you truly admire and aspire to?
Too many to mention
11. What has been your biggest achievement recently that you are proud of?
I’m so not into achievement
12. What are your goals for this upcoming year?
Be healthy, be a great wife, Mom, daughter, and friend, help as many people as possible
13. What is your ideal work outfit? (We work in our PJs whenever we can, what about you?)
Work out clothes
14. What do you think is the most challenging part about being a female entrepreneur? How do you overcome this challenge?
I want to work all the time, and must focus on personal and family more
15. What is the ONE web marketing best practice that you would share with other Web Marketing Therapy readers?
Everyone needs to have a way to capture email addresses from visitors on your Web site
We hope you enjoyed reading her interview as much as we did! Marketing is ever-changing and it’s never time to stop learning, connecting, and growing!

Margie – AWESOME interview! Thanks for sharing your story with us. Love the tips about maintaining balance with work and family – for me, since I am always at the office the balance can be a challenge! Also, the Wild Web Women agree-capturing emails on your website is KEY…but in return you have to provide VALUE!
