Here’s a little photo for comic relief and a wake up call for those of us that are sometimes “too dedicated” to web work – can you relate to this photo?  ;-)   Marketing Therapy Advice – this is unhealthy.  Unplug to recharge!  Can I have a hell yeah on this??
Look, it's ok to work hard, but this is TOO HARD!

    Lorrie -

Hey it’s Kelly from TOHS! This picture is too funny! Unfortunately I too fit into this category. Hopefully this weekend I’ll do a little unplugging!

Yes that is working too hard because it would be much more efficient to keep the laptop on your lap. Less strain on back, abs and eyes. Not too mention the ick factor of the computer on a public bathroom floor.

Oh wait, were you talking about a different kind of working too hard?

I like the pants totally around the ankles. She is committed to…er…something.

Seriously? You’re unplugging? How does that work? What do I do? Is that even possible? I might need you guys to explain it to me…. can’t quite figure it out.

Why doesn’t this picture (of you) surprise me? Methinks you need a vacation!

This is just the relief and realization I need to unplug now and go to bed! I just find it so hard to stop working…even on a Sunday night! I love my clients, and they love me probably because I give way too much of my time up for my “work” life! Thanks for sharing!

Simon – HA!!!! I can’t shake my crackberry addiction, not ready to iPhone it OR take it to the bathroom with me (I’m not that bad!)
Amber – Working weekends will drain you, take it from someone who fried herself and learned the hard way, unplug, life is short
Sue – I DO NEED A VACATION Beach, bikini, drink with an umbrella in it :-)
Ann – Yep, I am actually unplugging, I needed to refuel and I am happy to report that the only “work” I did this weekend was posting all of your funny posts! You can do it too. Next trip you take to the desert, leave the phone at home – I dare you!
Suzanne – you crack me up – HA!
Jason – I love that you are reading the wild web woman blog and you are a RIOT!
Kelly from TOHS – Great to hear from you, miss you and yes, UNPLUG!
Kel – After the week we had last week (scary busy work week!) I hope you unplugged this weekend!

    Ok, back to work! ;-)

Sad thing is, some people do this…I just pray they remember to wash their hands ;)

Looked at your web site this am. Very interesting. I used to try to try to cram some work into every minute, no matter what else I was doing when I was with the Dist. Atty. office. Now retired, it really does not matter whether it gets done today or next month.

    Love, Uncle Larry
