Remember this acronym the next time your IT guy or Geek Squad guy is fixing your computer…they may be nice on the surface, but they may be secretly saying “PEBKAC” in their heads…
Sometimes the biggest challenge in web marketing is owning the fact that this medium is an art and a science. You need to use your right and left brain to win big with web marketing. All art with no science or all science with art will not fly…
…and sometimes you just have to own that you need to buy your geeks beer to make your computer work

My super-computer-smart friend Steve refers to this as an “ID Ten T” problem. If you write with numbers and no spaces you get: ID10T = IDIOT problem…love him!!
