We are addicted to Addictionary!

We are addicted to Addictionary!

Emilia Doerr sent me a link today to MarketingProf’s Addictionary, a playful (and marketing therapyesque!) spin on the concept of Urban Dictionary by inviting users to invent, define and judge words all at once.

Yeah, we had a moment of “why didn’t we think of that??” then we got over it and proceeded to take a dang good hit of the Addictionary web marketing crack and now we are addicted!

Some of our fave plays on marketing words include:
Twickup line: Clever line issued on Twitter with the purposes of picking someone up. May or may not be laden with sexual innuendo.

Social Greedia - noun, 1. The act of abusing social media tools for the sole reason of making a profit and not giving back to the community or conversation. 2. Being overly concerned with one’s prominence within a social network whereby more time is spent “making friends” and “gaining followers” then actually engaging the community

Connectile Disfunction What do you call a sudden loss of internet access?
