It’s been a busy summer already for the Wild Web Women - but one thing we always make time for is blogging. We know there are so many good reasons to blog.
Plus, Self Magazine says that blogging can help you live a healthy and happy life:
- Typing out your thoughts can help you slumber more soundly, since expressing yourself can bring about relaxation that helps usher in sleep.
- Writing out your emotions can lower blood pressure and heart rate, and lead to a healthier heart.
