I ran across a great new tool on YouTube that allows you to link your Facebook and Twitter accounts to your YouTube account. This feature makes it possible that whenever you post a new video to your YouTube account it automatically post to your Facebook and Twitter feed.

What’s cool about this feature is that it allows all your videos to get more coverage on multiple social network platforms.

Steps to Hook Up Your Facebook & Twitter Accounts with YouTube

1. Sign into your YouTube account and go to account settings select sharing and then go to the AutoShare Options.

2. Click on the Facebook icon and input your Facebook account information to allow YouTube to interact with your Facebook account and this will publish your YouTube videos in your Facebook feed.

3. Go back to YouTube and go through the same process for your Twitter account.

4. Go get creative and start uploading more videos on YouTube that will automatically be fed out to your Facebook and Twitter feeds and reach more people!

Wouldn’t it be a nice slice of heaven if spelling and grammatical errors never happened when we wrote?? The reality is that we are human and we make mistakes. Every once in a while, we need a helping hand or a second pair of eyes when we write for the web.

My helping hand and second pair of eyes is SpellChecker.net. I ran across this website a few weeks ago when I was searching for an efficient site that would help me double-check my spelling and grammar. As a web marketing education company, we always want to share our secrets, even simple tools like this!

SpellChecker is simple and fast to use. All you have to do is copy and paste whatever you need to be double checked into the box and hit the spell check button and off it goes.

Since I started using SpellChecker, I feel a little more secure in what I’m sending out web-wise (emails, blog posts, website copy, etc.). By just having that “second pair of eyes” it lets me know that I have taken the time and care to make sure that I have not made any obvious spelling or grammatical errors.

It’s almost been two weeks now since I took a leap and moved to Denver, CO for a new experience and a change of scenery. I decided to move from beautiful Santa Barbara and head to snow country (which I have not lived in for over twelve years) at the end of October.

My first week here has been adjusting to my new city and surroundings and in ways I’ve been missing the familiarities of Santa Barbara (such as knowing how to get to the grocery store without the GPS). Even though my GPS has been in overdrive, this transition time has been very exciting and energizing because I’ve gotten to discover something new everyday.

Being the nerd that I am, I could not help relate this back to marketing and how being able to step outside my comfort zone has helped me see things in a new light and has let my creative juices flow like the Colorado river. It has also reiterated the point to me that everywhere is different and everyone has a different perspective, it has just helped me approach ideas in a new light.

This is one of the things that I love about the Wild Web Woman (& Wo-Man) Team, we are not all located in the same place and I think that this has helped by being able to get a different perspective and being able to step out of my own comfort zone to get a fresh perspective on ways to approach ideas and projects.

I say step out of your comfort zone and see what you discover!

Today I was cleaning off my over cluttered bulletin board and ran across a clipping that I had taken from some magazine on tips of how to deal with things. I had not read the clipping in a while, but in rereading it I felt a certain buzz and agreement with it. I wanted to pass along the optimism that the four words gave me and how it was able to remind me of how everything is open to change.

May these words bring you the buzz and excitement that they give me!

Flexibility - Being open to trying different things will help you out of the past so you’re able to embrace new possibilities.

Presence – If you stay in the moment, focusing on your immediate needs and feelings, you won’t get overwhelmed.

Gratitude - You have many blessings, big and small. Count them; better yet, write them down – often.

Acceptance – There may be no way to prevent something from happening, but you can choose your own actions and attitudes. Acknowledge what you can and can’t control.
